Calling all Grill Masters....

Calling all Grill Masters...Need help with your BBQing this year...

Grill Masters are you tired of all the small stuff falling through the grates of your grill? (I swear that the manufacturers have either widened the spacing between the grates or our food products are shrinking like our boxed products...hahahaha) Have you stopped grilling some of the things you like because of it or have you resorted to the old tin foil method? Whether your a professional Grill Master or a weekend Grill Master get those grills ready because help is here.

See the NEW Pampered Chef BBQ Grill Tray...

It has a large 14" x 10" stainless steel frame and thin wires which makes the perfect surface for grilling those delicate small foods that slip through the cracks. Angled sidewalls keeps food from sliding or rolling off. Integrated handles are large enough to grasp the tray (with mitts), yet compact enough to cook with the grill lid down. When your done just place it in the dishwasher.

Another great idea for this grilling season...

When grilling use the Pampered Chef BBQ Basting bottle, use it with your homemade sauces or marinades. A unique valve controls the flow of sauces and marinades through the silicone bristles to evenly coat grilled foods. Measures 12" tall with measured markings and holds 10 oz. of your favorites. Dishwasher safe.

Yo

Grilled Tomato Basil Cheese Sandwich

Use your Pampered Chef Mandoline to help make this perfect summertime sandwich.

Grilled Tomato Basil Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:

* 4 slices Sourdough or Italian bread
* 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
* 4 thin slices of firm ripe tomatoes
* 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, finely shredded
* 1 Tbsp. fresh basil, finely chopped
* 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
* Salt and pepper to taste, if desired
* 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
* 1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:

Layer the cheese and tomatoes on 2 slices of bread. Evenly sprinkle with parmesan, basil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Top with remaining bread slices.

Combine the oil and garlic salt in a small bowl and brush over the outsides of both sandwiches.

Toast sandwiches in a skillet over medium heat, pressing occasionally, until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
